The item arrived on time and is made of strong materials. It looks like it is made to last. Did not check out the air tight and waterproof abilities yet. I was a bit disappointed when I found out it does not stand on its end with the materials up? And I would have rather had the brass bats instead of the metal. But overall, very nice dugout!

I bought one of these dugouts about almost 20 years ago and I had it up until last summer I went on a weekend trip with a bunch of friends we were at the beach and it disappeared. Not sure about customer service yet but all else is great. Since I don't go out in public, I'm disabled, I wanted something I could leave around my bed that looked discreet, but not like a hitter box. The cigarette hitters are ok, but I don't have the need to be seen in public, so I prefer the brass turned ones. This is a great item and hope that it is as rugged as advertised...it will get alot of use.
